Colm Meaney

With a career spanning over thirty years, Colm Meaney has appeared in a wide variety of acclaimed films, ranging from CON AIR, KINGS, LAYER CAKE and GET HIM TO THE GREEK. More recently, he played Martin McGuinness in THE JOURNEY opposite Timothy Spall’s Ian Paisley. He appears opposite Nicholas Hoult in biopic TOLKIEN and in SEBERG opposite Kristen Stewart. Recent theatre credits include Big Daddy in Benedict Andrews’ critically-acclaimed CAT ON A HOT TIN ROOF in the West End, and the Tony nominated Broadway production of THE ICEMAN COMETH opposite Denzel Washington. Television includes GANGS OF LONDON (Sky), THE BANKER (Apple) and THE SINGAPORE GRIP (ITV). He recently worked with Liam Neeson and Diane Kruger on Neil Jordan’s MARLOWE and will shortly be seen in BRING THEM DOWN alongside Barry Keoghan and IN THE LAND OF SAINTS AND SINNERS with Liam Neeson and Kerry Condon.
